Kentucky Route 526 is a state highway that provides a short rural connecting route between Richardsville Road and Louisville Road north of Bowling Green. Running through the north-central part of Warren County, the route is known locally as Mt. Olivet Road.[1]
KY 526 begins at a junction with Richardsville Road approximately halfway between the community or Richardsville and the city of Bowling Green. The route winds east for 3.8 miles before coming to a junction with KY 957, known locally as Plum Springs Road [2] in the Mount Olivet community.
KY 526 then continues its eastward course for another 1.9 miles before coming to a junction with KY 1320. Ephiram White Park, a large sports complex in the Warren County Parks and Rec. System, is located at this junction.[3]
KY 526 then continues for 0.5 miles before junctioning with Kentucky Route 2630, known locally as Fairview-Boiling Springs Road.[4] The route then proceeds for another 0.2 miles before reaching its eastern terminus at Louisville Road in the Bristow community.
